General terms

1. Scoria vouchers are documents (gift certificates) entitling their holders to use specified services, in particular to purchase meals at Scoria Restaurant.

2. Vouchers are issued in exchange for payment equal to their face value.

3. Scoria Restaurant undertakes to provide the voucher physically at the restaurant or by email to the address specified, for printing by the purchaser.

4. A voucher may be redeemed at Scoria Restaurant for the services specified on the voucher or up to the amount stated on it.

5. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. A voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction.

7. The restaurant is not responsible for vouchers lost or damaged after being handed over to the purchaser.

8. The voucher holder has no claims against the restaurant arising from loss (including theft) or destruction of the voucher.

9. The expiry date is stated on the voucher. It may not be more than one year from the purchase date, as it guarantees services at Scoria Restaurant at the face value regardless of any price increases.

10. Vouchers may be redeemed during restaurant opening hours, except on 14 February, 31 December and other days covered by special offers at Scoria Restaurant.

Rules for using a voucher

1. The holder of a Scoria voucher must book a date and time for redemption at Scoria Restaurant, Stary Port 15, Bydgoszcz, by calling 887-515-515 or emailing restauracja@scoria.pl, quoting the voucher number found in its bottom-right corner.

2. A booking may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the booked time. Later cancellation is not possible and the voucher will be considered redeemed once the booked redemption time has passed.

3. Scoria Restaurant accepts only undamaged vouchers with an expiry date and a hologram in the top-right corner.

4. The voucher must be handed to staff on the day of redemption, before placing an order.

5. If the service costs less than the voucher value, the holder is not entitled to receive the unused balance.

6. If the service costs more than the voucher value or is outside its scope, the holder must pay the difference in cash, by debit card or by credit card.

7. Scoria Restaurant may refuse to redeem a voucher if:

a) the voucher has expired,

b) it has been deemed redeemed under point 2,

c) damage to the voucher makes its details illegible.
